Hey, I'm Aliesha.. I've been swimming for quite a few years now and I love it!

Generally swim anywhere between 1km-2kms but can do more.

My regular swims are:

- In the rock pools around Wollongong (usually conti, Towradgi or Bellambi).

- Minnamurra River (2km return with tide change).

- Behind conti pool to reef and back.
