I am an experienced swimmer. After my second back surgery due to too much weight training, I have taken up Swimming as my main choice of fitness as well as surfing. I do the Manly Bold&Beautiful swim 3-4 times a week, or ocean pool swims when there is blue bottles or extreme choppy conditions.
