I'm 48 I like to swim during the day usually in my lunch break . So for about half an hour is all I have time for at the moment. I work all around the Eastern suburbs,  Bayside and the Shire . I have been swimming on and off for many years but seem to run out of puff quickly.  I prefer to swim in the sea or rock pools. When it's too choppy I walk/jog on the soft sand, so am looking for a jogging buddy as well.
