Swim coaching businesses offer swimming lessons or sessions in either the pool or open water, or both. This includes 1:1 private lessons, group lessons, squad training, group sessions, and clinics.

It also includes online swim training courses, personal stroke analysis or content membership.

Experiences are activities such as day trips, swimming holidays, and training camps. These experiences are scheduled on certain dates at unique locations which customers can book via your website. Each experience is unique and each has a unique name which is used for each listing.

You cannot use a single experience listing to list all the experiences offered by your business.

The plan that suits you will depend on whether your business is a coaching business, an experiences business, or both.

If your business is only a swim coaching business (eg. learn to swim, stroke correction, pool or open water squads etc) then you should choose either the Coaching Business or Coaching Business Plus.

If you only offer experiences and do not offer swim coaching (except training camps) then you should choose the Experience Business plan.

If you are both a swim coaching business AND you offer experiences then you should choose a Coaching Business Plus plan and add Experiences as required.

If your business offers swim coaching and experiences then you should choose a Coaching Business Plus plan and add Experiences.

No. You create one Coach listing and you provide all the locations/venues where your programs are offered.

Yes. You will need to purchase a Coaching Business Plus or Coach & Experience Business plan.

All advertisers need to register as an Advertiser.

All plans are annual (365 days).

During this period all your listings are active and you can add new Experiences (which themselves last 365 days).

You must maintain your plan to keep your listings active.

Each listing will last 365 days from the time of publish, or until your related plan expires, whichever comes first.

If you don’t renew your annual plan, your listings will be removed from the directory when your plan expires.

If you cancel your plan, you will be able to republish your listings by renewing your plan.

No. All Experience listings last 365 days.

Even if you don’t have an upcoming date for an experience, it’s a great way to maintain awareness of your experience when you schedule a new date.

You can unpublish the listing to remove it from the directory, however, you can’t replace it with another listing unless you have listing credit.

No. Once you have published a listing that counts towards your plan listing quota. If you no longer wish to keep a listing active, you can unpublish it.

Yes. You can cancel at any time and your plan will not renew. There are no refunds for any remaining period of your plan.

When you cancel your plan, your plan will continue to be active for the remainder of your plan period and you can unpublish any listings you have to ensure they are removed from the directory.

If after cancelling you wish to re-publish one or more listings, you can do this and they will be active until your plan expires.

You can cancel your plan within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us to have this processed. Refunds take 14 days to process.
