About
The Port to Park Swim at South Melbourne Beach is organised by South Melbourne Lifesaving Club.
Swimmers can choose from two distances; a 1.1km or 2.2km ocean swim in a point-to-point and around the buoys course format.
The 1.1km swim runs along the beach from Lagoon Pier Port Melbourne to Kerferd Pier, Albert Park. Whereas, the 2.2km swim starts and finishes at Kerfed Pier.
The Albert Park location gives spectators the perfect opportunity to walk along the water's edge to support their friends and family the whole swim.
