A social group of community-minded ocean swimmers. Pod Squad meets every day of the week, 365 days a year. On weekends and public holidays at 7.00 am, and on weekdays at 6.45 am (winter) and 6.15 am (summer). There are often earlier swims for those that are wanting to do more mileage. The swim enters at North Cottesloe in front of the boat ramp and heads south to the white to the Cottesloe groyne and return (2km). We do a mixture of interval work over the 2 km circuit.
