Just a plodder, but have taken to ocean swimming in recent years.  Swim a few times a week over summer & try to swim once a week in the off season so it doesn't feel like starting all over again in summer.  I am from Helensburgh in the Wollongong area & am a member at Coalcliff SLSC.  Spoilt for choice with salt water pools over summer & visit Coalcliff, Wombarra, Bulli & Continental pools.  Use Sutherland pool over the cooler months.  Looking to buddy up with some groups in the area or when I am travelling who like an ocean swim on weekends.
