I used to swim a lot when I was studying and am a pretty strong swimmer, but I'm new to the Sydney area and new to ocean swimming. I always find it hard to stay on the surface when there's stuff to see down below and even harder to get out of the water at the end! Recently, numb extremities have made it a bit easier to get out though (still need to buy a wetsuit!).
I'd love to find others to swim with now that we're allowed!
