I swim about 5-6 times a week, between 1 and 2k per session. My longest swim was 5k. I prefer to swim in the open ocean but sometimes I swim at the pool too. I prefer swims where you see some interesting sea life but I’m happy swimming across a sandy bay also if the view is nice.
