I’m a mid 40’s mum of 2 who values physical activity. Got into triathlons before kids but have been out of the scene for a decade. Wanting to get back into ocean swimming after a long hiatus and hoping to do a 1km swim in the ocean before the end of this season. I do 1km in the pool in about 22 mins these days but I’m not competitive or into pushing myself too much.
