The Wednesday Ocean Waders are a group of adventurous locals who are interested in the concept of cold water therapy and community connection and we love sunrise and the ocean. They meet daily at either the Salty Dog or Cosy Corner. Meeting at 6.45am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30am on Tuesday, 8:30am Saturday and 9am Sunday.
