The Auckland Central Masters: Herne Bay to Watchmans Island takes place at Herne Bay Beach, Herne Bay, New Zealand and is organised by The Auckland Central Masters Swimming Inc.

Swimmers can enjoy a 2.2km point to point ocean swim from Herne Bay Beach to Masefield Beach while taking in the iconic sights of the harbour bridge to your left.
Throughout the day there will be on the spot prizes.

The Wai Wai Cup will be up for grabs for the fastest male and female non-wetsuit swimmers. The Orca Cup will also be up for grabs for the fastest male and female wetsuit swimmers.
