This 20km epic starts deep in the lake’s north, winding its way past Bamboo Cove, Hagan Island, Hicks Passage, and through vast, open stretches toward the finish line near The Heads. With clear turns marked by red and green buoys and a designated support fleet on course, swimmers are well-guided on a route that feels like a voyage across another world. Ideal for experienced marathon swimmers or relay teams looking to push their limits in one of the most breathtaking and remote locations in Australia.
