Description

Coogee 7UP are a relaxed Monday morning swim group.

They meet every Monday at 6:30 am under the shade cloths at Coogee, for 6:45 am toes in.

They usually swim anything between 1km-2km depending on what they feel like on the day.

Out to Wylies, or South Point, into Gordons Bay, sometimes to Wedding Cake Island or around it. They’re a friendly chilled bunch and anyone is welcome! Post-swim coffee is also mandatory!
