Based at South Curl Curl with most swimmers also members of the Surf Club. Swims happens almost every day with a 7am meet on working days and a 7:30 meet on weekends and public holidays. Most swims are in the ocean at Curl Curl, but we also travel to other places and often swim from beach to beach. When conditions are bad then the pool is the fallback option. Swimming is all year round. The group name is based on there almost always being a rip to enter the water at South Curl Curl.
