ResetStroke ‘N Stride is an exciting aquathlon run by Swimrun Australia in conjunction with its swimrun races.
The Gold Coast course is a 2km out-and-back route from Miami Beach to North Burleigh, with the swim legs rounding North Burleigh headland.
There are two 300m swim legs, for a total of 600m, and three run legs, for a total of 1,400m.
Whether this barefoot style is more your thing or you’d like to try the run-swim-run-format before trying swimrun, you’ll enjoy the mini amphibious adventure.

The course is 2km from Miami to North Burleigh, return.
The race starts with a run south to the end of the beach, before a swim around the headland. Once at North Burleigh there is an out and back run, before rounding the headland again and running to the finish.
