Final official event details will be updated when entries open
The Beachside Radiology Coffs Coast Ocean Swims are held at the protected Jetty Beach and is a fun, charity fundraising event for swimmers of all abilities.
The first swim is the Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast 600m around the iconic timber jetty, a reminder of the early days of coastal transport by sea and ‘timber getting’.
Next up is a 300m swim around two large yellow buoys on the north side of the jetty.
The main event is the Beachside Radiology 2km harbour swim.
After your swim, replenish your energy and check out some of the delicious cafes in the area or go and explore the beautiful sites Coffs has to offer.
All proceeds from the event will be distributed to local charities and community groups.
The event is held in a beautiful protected harbour and the scenery speaks for itself.
The 300m ocean swim is for those junior swimmers that want to have a bit of fun. The swim starts and finishes on the northern side of the jetty, and the course is around two buoys.
The Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast 600m ocean swim course is one lap around the jetty for those looking for an exciting little challenge.
The main event of the day is the Beachside Radiology 2km harbour swim. For this event, swimmers will start on the beach, swim around the jetty and one lap inside the protected harbour, before finishing back at the starting point.
Coffs Harbour is home to many delicious cafes and restaurants. Once you finish your swim, replenish your energy at The Urban Espresso Lounge, a favourite amongst the locals.
The avocado and feta smash on walnut bread is a winner! Supply Specialty Cafe and Bar is known for its amazing coffee, french toast and fresh panini’s.
There is plenty to do in Coffs Harbour and it is a beautiful place to explore. Before you leave check out the iconic Big Banana, Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, the stunning views at Forest Sky Pier or the natural beauty of Bongli Bongli National Park.
There's loads of parking along the beachfront road (Jordan Esplanade) and you're likely to find a park in the back streets away from the harbour. Don't worry, it's not Sydney, you'll find something.
