Celebrate the solstice by embracing the cold waters of Port Phillip in the inaugural Frostbite Solstice Swim.

Swimmers will take on a 500m course highlighted by several buoys and patrolled by an experienced water safety team.

 You can swim with or without a wetsuit. After the swim, you will receive a commemorative towel, and there will be warm showers so you can recover and get ready for the night ahead.

For those who are after more of a dip over a swim, there is a fancy dress dip where swimmers are welcome to wear their best swimsuit or most creative inflatable device. Prize for the most creative and outlandish costumes!
