About

Stroke ‘N Stride is an exciting aquathlon run by Swimrun Australia in conjunction with its swimrun races.

The Queenscliff course consists of two circuits at the northern end of Manly Beach, totalling 2.2km.

There are two 300m swim legs, for a total of 600m, and three run legs, for a total of 1,600m.

Whether this barefoot style is more your thing or you’d like to try the run-swim-run-format before trying swimrun, you’ll enjoy the mini amphibious adventure.

Race at speed, or take your time, Stroke ‘N Stride is for everyone.

Sub-Events

2km Aquathlon

QUEENSCLIFF CIRCUIT

The course consists of two 1.1km circuits. The race starts with a run to the water, before a swim south around the buoys, followed by an out-and-back beach run south and then back to and through the event hub, before repeating the circuit a second time.
