620m Swim, 1.68km Run
This event has been cancelled. Why not try the 6km swimrun Discovery distance at Swimrun Australia's 2026 festival of swimrun.
Stroke ‘N Stride is an exciting aquathlon run by Swimrun Australia in conjunction with its swimrun races.
The Rose Bay course consists of two circuits barefoot, crossing through the event hub halfway through to the roaring support of your friends and family.
There are two primary 250m swim legs, plus two mini-legs of 60m for a total of 620m, and five run legs, for a total of 1.68km.
Whether this barefoot style is more your thing or you’d like to try the run-swim-run-format before trying swimrun, you’ll enjoy the mini amphibious adventure.
Race at speed, or take your time, Stroke ‘N Stride is for everyone.
The course consists of two 1km circuits. The journey starts with a run and jump into the water from the pontoon, before a swim around the buoys to the beach, followed by an out-and-back beach run. Then, it’s up the ramp and back through the event hub, before repeating the circuit a second time.
