Our group meets each Friday at 6 am (in summer), and 6:15 am (in cooler months).  As of Friday 14th April 2023, we Queenslanders think it’s chilly now, so 6:15 starts till the air temp climbs again.  You’ll find us in front of the lifeguard tower on Noosa’s main beach – Laguna Bay.

We swim 2km – out to Boiling Pot and back.  However, if that’s too far, there are options to turn anywhere and head back to the beach. Some days at low tide, you can even walk back.  Everyone is welcome, if you’re a weaker swimmer, just bring fins. Coffee afterwards at a local cafe.
