Swimmin Wimmin Noosa swim at Noosa Heads, and meet at in front of the lifeguard tower at Main Beach on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 7.30am.
Our swimmers meet between 7 and 7.20am according to their schedules so as to swim at 7.30am. Several of us do squads at the Aquatic centre on the alternate days with Sunday a free day.
