Swim your way through Sydney’s most stunning harbour coastline

Swimrun Australia: Sydney North is a point-to-point coastal adventure from Clontarf Reserve to Manly Beach, combining ocean swims, short trail runs, and some of the most breathtaking views in the city. You’ll move through quiet National Park tracks, golden beaches, and crystal-clear harbour swims, finishing on the sand at iconic Manly.

Designed for adventurous swimmers, this course offers a fresh way to experience the ocean; from new angles, new terrain, and with a new sense of flow. The swims make up the heart of the journey, broken up by short, scenic run sections that are totally achievable.

The Experience distance is made for swimmers who want to mix things up, without going overboard. You’ll get all the stunning views, coastal swims, and fun trail sections of the full course. It’s achievable, energising, and packed with feel-good moments. Swim, jog, smile, repeat, then soak it all in at the finish line.

17km Swimrun

SWIMRUN ENDURO

15 years

The Enduro is big; longer swims, exhilarating runs, and a course that’ll test your endurance from start to finish. You’ll move through wild terrain, scenic coastlines, and push yourself in and out of the water like never before. It’s tough, rewarding, and seriously satisfying. If you’re a strong swimmer ready to go the distance and take on something bold, this is where you dive in.
